Acting Intensives

Shakesperience proudly offers Saturday and Summer Acting Intensives in our Waterbury Studio and beyond. We deliver 7-week sessions in winter, spring, and fall, with week-long sessions in summer. Our professional resident artists instruct students aged 7 to 17 in the Shakesperience Approach. Students learn to develop action and character through text within a strong, socially responsive ensemble that takes ownership of the work. Students show significant long-term behaviors, including literacy, public speaking, individual and group work ethic, and positive outlook, attitude and self-expression.

Additionally, we offer private acting classes for all ages in our studio.  See below, or contact us for information. For Saturday classes, scholarships available for low & moderate income families.
