The Neighborhoods! Program presents a humanities-based initiative exploring the intersection of history and community transformation. Through storytelling, exhibitions, multimedia, and discussions, lifelong participants learn how the passage of time has shaped Waterbury’s communities and identities. This year, Neighborhoods expands to explore not only place but also identity, memory, change, and time, aligning with the 250th Anniversary of Connecticut offering a new perspective on Waterbury’s past, present, and future.
