This is the story of Carlos, a fictional character who follows the path that many real Waterbury residents have taken: from growing up in Puerto Rico, to coming to Waterbury as a refugee, to finding a home as a Waterbury resident, to getting cultural recognition from the city, to remembering traditions and teaching them to his children. It is all told within the context of Three Kings Day and helps keep the spirit of traditions during the holiday season and all year round.
Free for Waterbury Students Grades 6-12.
